All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
We do not store your full card details. Payment is only taken once your order has been submitted. If your consultation is not approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your nominated UK address.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe location has been nominated.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us via email or phone. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before dispatch.
Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription items, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and for patient safety reasons.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
